Statistical Analysis of donor base and voice of customer integration to identify and convert best whole blood donors into apheresis (platelet, plasma and double red cell) donors.  

Annual List Development Program

Provide targeted lists of whole blood donors for conversion to apheresis annually and manage marketing program.

On-the-Floor Conversion Program

Develop and implement a collection staff-driven program to convert whole blood donors to apheresis on same day.
